Making an Impact Through Education
One of my most rewarding experiences was volunteering with Project WET, where I helped teach over 500 fifth graders about water conservation through hands-on activities, including experiments on surface tension and creative crafts. This opportunity strengthened my teaching, communication, and leadership skills while allowing me to make a meaningful impact on students’ understanding of environmental science.

Classroom Leadership
During my student teaching placement, I designed and led lessons for a class of 24 students, incorporating literature, Social Studies content, and active learning strategies. This experience helped me develop classroom management, instructional planning, and problem-solving skills, and it reinforced my ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse student needs.
